Prof. Katie Whitehead
Carnegie Mellon University

Dr. Kathryn A. Whitehead is a professor in the Departments of Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Her research focuses on developing drug delivery systems for RNA and protein therapeutics, with the goal of engineering safe and effective delivery mechanisms to achieve therapeutic outcomes in biological models and, ultimately, in humans.

Dr. Ena Prosser
Fountain Healthcare Partners

Dr. Ena Prosser is a partner at Fountain Healthcare Partners, a life sciences venture capital firm based in Dublin, Ireland. An immunologist by training, she has a broad background in international alliance and intellectual property management. Prior to joining Fountain, she led Enterprise Ireland’s life science group, assisting numerous Irish start-ups, and began her industry career at Elan, focusing on product development, alliance management, M&A diligence, and intellectual property.

Prof. René Holm
University of Southern Denmark

Professor René Holm is a professor of pharmaceutical physical chemistry at the University of Southern Denmark. He contributes to GENEGUT with his extensive background in pharmaceutical drug development and oral delivery.
